I originally bought this seat for my 15lb mini schnauzer 4/2021, and loved it! It was FULLY stuffed and held its shaped with no problem. It was the perfect size for my front car seat. The filling was so plush, that my furbaby could stand on it to look out the window and it held (did not collapse because the stuffing was adequate).This month 8/2021, the strap that goes around the seat broke, and Amazon was gracious enough to refund the purchase. I went on Amazon and purchased another one (a larger size than the original). When it arrived, I was so DISAPPOINTED! There was hardly ANY stuffing in the seat, so it kept collapsing and would not hold its shape. It looks nothing like the picture on Amazon.I don't understand why this company is so inconsistent with its stuffing??? I would rather have too much stuffing than for it be skimpy!! If this could be corrected, the seat would be perfect.The seller is welcome to contact me if they would like to rectify this situation.I love this for my 2 lb Chihuahua. She loves it as well. It's sturdy, soft and it's the one that she will stay in and sleep while I'm driving. I had been looking for one that she would be comfortable in and that I could attach to her harness so she wouldn't get tossed around or injured if we were to have any type of accident, even a quick stop can be dangerous for a little dog.It would be better suited as a bed than a car seat for dogs. The straps to strap it to the seat are so long that even on the smallest length the seat hangs down and is not safe. Can't useIt's a little larger than I expected...But we can make it workSofter than I expected!Even my cats sitting in this bed, at home not at the cat, I was very disappointed from the quality of this product. The stuffing is very poor and it is look’s very fluffy. If I knew so, I wouldn’t never buying itReally happy with the car seat! Great material, super comfy and soft, doggie feels safe in it and actually had a very calm car drive (he usually stands up quite a lot and is nervous and can’t get comfortable in the car). Super good quality for the price, very easy to install and looks really nice ☺️
